I appreciate that people step onto the yoga mat for all sorts of reasons. Whether it’s to find relief from stress, ease back pain, or build strength and flexibility, yoga’s got lots to offer. It’s pretty incredible how quickly you’ll notice the physical perks like increased flexibility, better posture, and improved balance.
But the best part runs even deeper than that. As you keep practising, you’ll find a deeper connection with yourself, more patience and empathy for others, and a profound sense of tranquillity and contentment. Yoga goes way beyond the physical – it’s a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
About My Teaching
After many years living, practicing, and teaching in Prague, I recently relocated to Portugal, where I am building a new chapter rooted in community, curiosity, and a slower rhythm of life by the ocean. I previously taught regularly at several studios in Prague, including Prague Yoga Collective, and remain deeply grateful for the teachers, students, and communities that shaped my journey there.
My teaching draws from vinyasa, breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and restorative practices, with an emphasis on cultivating strength, awareness, and a sustainable relationship with yoga. Whether online, on retreat, or in person, my intention is to create spaces that invite exploration, support well-being, and offer an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and others.
